"The house was beautiful, and immaculately clean! All my questions and request were answered right away. Justin and Nicole were very thoughtful with the greeting when we arrived. Their instructions were very easy to follow, and made checking in and out very easy. We all enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay again. We stayed here for my bachelorette party and had a fabulous time. It really is better than the pictures! If we’re ever back in Scottsdale, we’ll be staying here! :) "

"I booked this place for my sisters bachelorette and it did not disappoint! It was gorgeous!! The hosts were amazing and gave me so many recommendations on where to book reservations and what activities to do. The house was very clean, and had all the modern upgrades you would ever want or need. I would highly recommend booking this spot!"

"Great place to stay for a girls trip! Very clean, comfy beds and furniture, and quality linens, bedding, decor etc.
Has everything you could think to need for kitchen, bathroom, laundry, cleaning. We didn’t need to buy anything for the house other than food and drink and there was pleasantly already some drinks/mixers when we arrived!
Cute pool, great outdoor area.
Justin and Nicole were very responsive and reachable. Great hosts!

"We had a group of 8 for a bachelorette party and loved everything about the Splash House. The details and thoughtfulness that the owners have put into the house are really impressive and were much appreciated. The decor is soooo cute!

It was exceptionally clean (I’m incredibly picky when it comes to cleanliness at rentals and it was spotless). The house was so comfortable and spacious for our group. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could have needed for cooking!

The outdoor area and pool were so beautiful and stocked with towels and floaties! So much fun to relax in the pool. They even have a grill and an outdoor pizza oven! We didn’t use them, but super cool to have!

Everything from initial communication to the check-in and check-out process were just easy and smooth. We will definitely recommend this house and would stay here again!!!"

"Believe everything you read about Splash House! I stayed here for a bachelorette party and this is the first time in a long time for me that an Airbnb listing has truly lived up to its description and pictures. The house is beautifully decorated (just like the pictures!), very clean, well taken care of (as in no busted furniture, no stains, no noticeable wear and tear), and very thoughtfully set up. All the drawers and cabinets throughout the house were clearly labeled and the kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with any supplies you could need. There were multiple mirrors (including at least 3 full length) throughout the house. Plenty of beach towels were available, along with a whole bunch of fun pool floats. The location was perfect - it was very easy for our group of 8 to take short Uber/Lyft rides to and from Old Town and the ride to/from the airport was less than 15 minutes. And finally, Nicole and Justin were awesome hosts! They quickly replaced a dysfuntional air mattress in a matter of hours, and when we accidently locked ourselves out of the guest suite they came over right away to let us in even though we interrupted their dinner. Definitely book this place as soon as possible!"
